AI Automation ยท Toronto

I build the systems that take repetitive work off your desk.

AI automation for small businesses in Toronto and the GTA.

A free 30-minute call, and a ranked plan you keep whether or not you hire me.

The gap is implementation.

Hundreds of AI tools launch every week. The question worth answering is which of your repetitive tasks is worth automating first, and what it takes to build it.

Information overload

New tools every week, and no way to tell which ones fit how you work.

Trust and security

You know AI can help. You are not sure what is safe, what is real, and where your data goes.

Execution gap

Getting it into your workflow is the part that takes building.

Workshop, build, support.

Discovery workshop

A half day or full day through your operations, ending in a ranked plan of what to automate and in what order.

Build and deploy

I design, build and deploy the tool itself. Automated workflows, dashboards and custom applications, wired into the systems you already run.

Ongoing support

Monthly support once something is running. I monitor it, train whoever uses it, and add capability as you need it.

Who runs this

I do the build myself.

I am Andrew Ayres. At one service business with more than 10,000 customers I built the custom software that reshaped how the work moved through the day and put the recurring admin on scheduled AI tasks, alongside phone-system integration and workflow automation. What your business gets depends on your business. There is no junior team behind me. On the call you are talking to the person who would do the build.

Three steps

Book a time

Pick a 30-minute slot. It books instantly, with no back-and-forth email.

Show me the workflow

Walk me through how the work gets done today. No prep and no slides.

Get your plan

You leave with a ranked plan of what to automate first and what each one would take.

Who I work with

Small and medium businesses

Service companies, trades, retail, hospitality, professional services. Two to two hundred people, owner-run, with more admin than anyone has time for.

Professionals and executives

People who know AI matters and have no time to work out where it fits. The Personal AI Concierge is built for that.

Solo and small shops

The smaller the team, the more an owner's hours are worth, which is usually why the first automation is the easy one to justify.

Book a free 30-minute call

Thirty minutes on how your business runs, and a ranked plan you keep either way.

I do not publish a number, because the price depends on what the work turns out to be. After the call, if you want me to build something, I scope it and send a fixed price with what is included and how long it takes.
